Sree

Sree’s DJ sets are shaped by reading the room – knowing when to fill the floor with joyous, pulse-lifting bangers and when to soften the night into something slower, more intimate.
She has DJ-ed across the UK and Europe, drawn to fusion music for the space and connection it creates: between different dance backgrounds, between tempos, between people. Dancing within the fusion scene for over ten years, Sree approaches music as both discovery and conversation, always listening for what might connect.
She has a particular love for weaving Indo-Western tracks into Western fusion spaces, finding moments where dancers let go completely: throwing it down, yes, but also lingering, breathing, staying. Her sets make room for joy, tenderness, and shared warmth on the dance floor.
Sarah

Sarah seeks to embody the joy of connection and exploration that dance brings them in their DJing. They like to challenge themselves to bring you a diversity of music styles in a variety of languages. Expect both cozy delicious beats and dynamic tracks that will invite you to go on a journey! Sarah is excited to be a part of The Response and the way it will explore dancing; they are looking forward to translating the way they wiggle into dances that allow them to express their voice when following, or encourage creativity and connection for the follower when leading. Feel free to ask them to lead, follow, or switch!
Anna

Inspired by the crossed sensory wires in her brain, feeling sound as texture, Anna’s sets invite dancers to physically feel what they hear whether melting, crunchy, fluffy, elastic, crystalline, scratchy and more. Her happy place is creating strange and lush textural, storydriven soundscape journeys that dancers can step into . She draws largely from bass-driven rhythms, complex pop, EDM, and Celtic folk music when the moment is right.
She is intensely keen to support an event that centres the art of following. As the skills of listening, adapting, pausing, empathising, collaborating are often devalued by our culture at large, she’s thrilled to be a part of an event that repositions values and narratives around these life skills on and off the dance floor.
Anaïs

Anïs is a DJ who explores a wide range of styles but is especially drawn to music that speaks to the soul, the gut, and the heart. She seeks sounds that invite connection—where she can imagine herself and others creating a shared story through movement and embodying the emotions the music offers. At times, she enjoys challenging the audience, encouraging listeners to explore moments of calm and to receive the music in whatever way feels most natural to them.
She is deeply attentive to lyrics, the meaning carried by the voice, and the emotional weight music conveys. While she plays artists from many countries and cultures—and may not understand every language—she takes care to consider whether the crowd can dance to the meaning behind the music. Through her DJing, she aims to politicize the dance floor, with a conscious commitment to playing queer artists and artists of color to promote under-represented artists.
Ebrar

Ebrar enjoys creating thematic sets where dance floor becomes energetic, emotional and political. Originally from Istanbul, now based in Copenhagen the music they bring has playful beats, sass and attitude giving space to queer musicians as well as balkan and middle eastern voices. They like to create spaces of warmth, visibility, and collective joy blending tenderness, cultural memory, and unapologetic queer confidence.
