Welcome to the registration page for The Reponse ! Registration will open January the 17th at 3PM (CET).
Volunteering
We value creating this event together. We’ll need help during the event to prepare and carry out activities during the event. We’d really appreciate if you could contribute an hour or two during the event to help us run it. It allows us to keep the cost of the event down.
Tickets
We’ll released 80 full passes on a sliding scale. The recommended donation is 210€ which will allow to pay for all the lavish food (Friday dinner, Saturday and Sunday brunches + dinner), venues, teachers, and DJs who we want to pay and treat fairly for the event. If you can afford to support the event, we recommend a donation of 240€, which allows for people with low income to buy tickets and possibly pay our teachers a little extra. If the event sells out, we will not issue party passes. We also offer the option to pay in up to 4 instalments !
Children below the age of 16 do not need a ticket, but must be accompanied by a participant.
Teaching track
The advanced following track will be selective. During your registration, please indicate if you’d like to be considered for the advanced following track. We will ask you a few questions to evaluate if the track is a good match for you. If you can provide of video of you dancing, that’s even better. You will then be invited to participate the whole weekend in this track.
The other two tracks (intermediate following and following applied to leading) are open to everyone, and you can mix and match between the two !
Housing
We will be facilitate housing, please let us know if finding housing at a community member’s home is mandatory for your participation in The Response.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are transferable, please reach out through the contact page to indicate who you have transferred your ticket to.
If you cannot attend the event and were unable to transfer your ticket, we will reimburse you if the event budget allows it.
